When I made the decision to join Summit over a decade ago, I had no idea of the leaps and bounds my career would take as a result. Summit has a culture that is founded on the very cornerstone of success. This has provided me (and hundreds of my colleagues) with personal and professional growth that we would have never had otherwise known.
During this time, I have seen a tremendous number of amazing people join our company and build incredible businesses. It has been life-changing for them but it’s not for the faint-hearted - work ethic is paramount.
