Fiona found that managing her own rental properties and other properties for employers over the years gave her a true passion for the industry and it was a natural progression to make the move into a career as a property manager.
With a background including sales and marketing, office management and administration, Fiona brings a large skill set into her role to ensure that her clients are well looked after. Fiona has also completed a New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level4)
Fiona understands the importance of property owners feeling safe and secure that their investment is in good hands and that the tenants also feel that her communication line is always open, and no matter what she will be there to help.
After growing up in Richmond and having owned several houses in the Nelson and Tasman area, Fiona, and her husband with their two children are settled here. You can find Fiona in her spare time travelling around the country on weekends for her children’s chosen sport of Motocross, but when home spending quality time with her family and friends.
Fiona is very professional and knowledgeable with property management. Our experience has been wonderful, Fiona is excellent at answering all of our questions and responds to calls and email very quickly. Fiona scheduled all of our viewings of the property so that it was easy for all of us and was always on time to the appointment.
